I like it.. My top girl name right now is Shealyn Delaney... And either be nicknamed Shea or Laney... I just have to convince DH now!

My niece is Delaney, with nickname Laney. I love her name but don't love Laney as the full first name.
My other niece is Markayla, nickname Markie. Just throwing it out there because I know you like different names (me too - now if I could only convince DH  )

I love Lainey, but not that spelling...
maybe Lainy or Lainie..?
Layne or Laine is also a nice first name and you can add the "y" as the nickname.
