allmusic.com (when its actually working) is an AWESOME tool to use when trying to find the name of songs.

It was the Fall of 95. Definitely a song that would have been considered College Music or alternative. It was always on one of the college stations up in Ithaca - out of Cornell or IC.
It was called Trigger Happy Rick or D I C K - I'm not sure - something like that. I could totally hum the song for you but that won't help me here.
