The first ignorant comment!!
My husband has a history of back problems. He has 3 herniated disks that bother him if he lifts something the wrong way. Yesterday, he hurt himself and is walking really funny.
So, last night we went to BRU to order our nursery furniture. As we were walking into BRU, he was holding on to my arm to stay upright. A woman was walking out of BRU and she said "WOW, that baby is going to come out any MINUTE now!!". 
First of all, I am only 28 weeks. Second of all, I am not even very BIG! Third, you are an idiot for saying ANYTHING about size to a preggo woman. I hope your next baby is the size of two watermelons.

Unbelievable. I have gotten so many ridiculous comments at this point, and it STILL baffles me that people feel okay saying something like that to a complete stranger. Do you think next time you can work up a few tears to make the stranger feel like a real a-hole?

yesterday one of the teacher's aides at my school asked me my due date, so i told her may 23. another lady standing next to us says, "doesn't she look great?" to which the lady who asked me when i was due says "you're big! that's going to be a big baby!"
um, seriously?

um, seriously?
yeah i have an annoying co-worker who is constantly making comments. everyone else is like you look great!
i am 9 months so my stomach will be on the bigger side, I do have a full sized baby in there...she was like OMG you are huge! I hope this baby is 7 lbs or better!!

As weird as it may sound...could she have been kidding around and directing that comment to your DH?
I have back problems as well, so I can get a really clear visual of the way he was walking and holding onto your arm. Maybe she was joking around that HE was walking like the pregnant one? 
Still totally inexcusable...but I have a feeling she wasn't referring to you--if I'm getting the visual right.

She was looking directly at my stomach when she said it so I don't think so. I think the safest thing for people to do is just STFU when talking to a hormonal preggo.

I don't know what it is about pregnancy that strangers feel they have a right to say and do things like that!

He took his muscle relaxer and anti-inflammatory last night. Hopefully they are helping a bit. We have a busy weekend so there won't be much rest time. But thanks
