the broccoli carrot salad my picky toddler ate!
chop together, steamed broccoli, steamed carrots and Craisins
I chopped up some leftover egg in it too, he gobbled it up and asked for more. 
Craisins are candy in my book, but I'm desperate to get a veggies in him, I'm so happy I did! We'll cut the carbs elsewhere today
