The $1 Red Box DVD Retail
Has anyone rented any movies from them yet? If so how are they? Having any issues with the PQ and Sound skipping?

I have used the Red Box on a number of occasions and have never had any issues with PQ or sound.

Love Redbox. Never any issues. Return to any location, which I love. And sign up with an account online, and they send you free rental codes.

I rarely rent movies, which is why I've never bothered with Netflix, but on the rare occasion I DO rent a movie, I always use Red Box. They're great!

I have twice. Very easy to use, definitely worth it rather than using On Demand.
No issue with skipping or sound quality.

We use it, and have had issues with DVDs skipping twice. We go to a VERY busy location at a supermarket though, so that might be why...

Its all we use !! I love that you can reserve them online too. So convenient.
The only issue I ever had was after reserving a movie, when I went to pick it up the redbox at that location was not working. I called customer service & they were VERY nice & gave me a credit for that movie & a credit toward another movie.

I love redbox. I did have an issue with the last DVD I rented, but I logged into my account on their website & reported the problem - they sent me 2 free rental codes!

Use it frequently with no problems. One time we rented online and when we got to the location, the kiosk was broken, but I called and they gave me a free code, so they have good customer service if there is an issue.

LOVE Red Box and the convenience. I usually use the 7-11 ones which are outside so I can pull up and leave the kids in the car.
I forgot to mention I have had problems with the outside ones when it is raining or the weather is cold. They freeze up.
