still a work in progress, but im happy to share AND GET SOME FEEDBACK 
....so far i got....
arrival spread:
cheese pinwheels
antipasta - mozz, tomato, meat, olives
app:
homemade mushroom soup in a bread bowl (bowls are small so it shouldnt be overly filling)
dinner:
crescent gratitude rolls
turkey
stuffing
some rice dish (i think)
vegetarian dish - i think shephard's pie
some green beans (i think my sis is bringing)
homemade potato pancakes (sis recipe)...and hopefully a cran-apple chutney to go with it!
dessert:
sis is bringing some chocolate cheesecake thing
here are my maybes...
stuffed mushrooms
spaghetti squash with spinach
sweet potatos
lox and cream cheese when people arrive?
salad (is this even necessary??)
corn

Just want to start by saying, I'm Armenian, we're usually full by the time Mezza (appetizers) is done. It's an all day grazing event that leads to the sit down meal.

I don't think you need salad
ive made it before. its just with the fake soy meat instead of ground beef. it came out really good! if you are interested, once i find the recipe again (which i need to look for!), ill post it. i dont eat meat and my dad doesnt eat turkey, so i figured this would be a good alternative

it all sounds delicious but I would make the maybe for salad a definitely instead because you are otherwise very carb heavy and i think a salad would compliment everything you are already serving.
