For me I'd make some comment about extra room/space required.. act like its a hassle etc. When they asked why I'd mention you needed more 'room' and heavily grin with that LOL

Congrats!!! 
For #4, we had been talking about doing an extension on our house. So we sent everone an email with the subject "lastname extension" Everyone assumed it had something to do with the house. When they opened it there was a pic of our 3 boys and it said Big Brothers underneath it.
It was really cute!
ETA: You could totally use your second pic and do something along the lines of "Who me? Im going to be a big brother!!!" The boys are adorable!

I just posted on pregnancy, but can't help feeling a bit nervous as i've had spotting on and off. It's usually pink...never really experienced spotting this early before..
