Going to my parent's house for an early (12:00) dinner and hanging out there the rest of the day with my sister and her brood of children, parents and DH.

DH's abuela's Thanksgiving
MIL and BIL's are coming over on Friday
Sister and friend are coming over on Saturday
Hopefully going to BFF's place on Sunday

Oh boy. Abuela's pernil (Puerto Rican roast pork) and yucca.

I like leftovers, but not more than once.

No, we usually just roast a turket breast, so there's no wishbone.

We split the day. Brunch and apps with my fam, dinner with FH's.
I love stuffing! I could eat it all day long!!
I usually bring an app to my mom's house, a new recipe I like to try.
I love bacon turkey club leftovers!

TURNIPS!! Ahhh how I love thee. My mother would make them every Thanksgiving and I don't know anyone who goes through the hassle anymore. The last time we tried, they came out terrible and I sliced my thumb open.

We love sandwiches and all sorts of yummy stuff! My grandmother used to make turkey croquettes, they were so good.

No premade ones here. My parents make them from scratch. My dad's always the one who has to cut it up because it's so hard! LOL
I'd totally send an invite or have a leftover party with you, but my parents will be down south for Thanksgiving this year.

OMG, mine too. I don't get it?? Are you Irish by chance? My Nana used to love them too and she was off the boat so I'm thinking maybe that's it?
