Testing Early
This is for the girls who test early.
How many DPO do you consider yourself out after seeing a negative result?
Or do you keep hope until AF shows?
Just curious.

I assume that by 12 or 13DPO I will have seen something on a test if I am indeed pregnant. I know in my head that there are women who don't see anything until 15 or 16DPO, but our first month TTC I saw a line at 9DPO so my gut tells me that a BFN at 12DPO is pretty much a guarantee that AF is coming.
ETA - I assume these things about MY body only, based on MY history. If you look on FF photo galleries you can see plenty of HPT's that have super, super faint lines beginning at 12DPO. Those pics always give me hope.

I try to not to give myself too much hope 
With my first pregnancy I had a pretty faint line. I tested when I thought AF was due. I wasn't tracking ovulation so I don't know how many DPO I was at that time :(

I'm sorry  , that sucks. It's easy for other people to tell us that we're not out until AF shows, but when you see a BFN it's hard to stay hopeful.
But really, 10DPO is still early, and at any second the hormone levels in your body could be crossing the threshold of detection on a test.
