Terrible Salon Experience ... Help
I've been going to the same salon for about 4 years and never had a problem. I usually just get some highlights and occassionally a cut.
Today, I go for highlights and the shampoo girls washes my hair afterwards. She's combing conditioner through (like she always does) but is taking a really, really long time 
Turns out I have a HUGE knot in my hair. Keep in mind, I had NO KNOTS before I came in. I even brushed my hair before the highlights just to make sure the strands wouldn't tangle.
Anyway, I have no idea what caused this to happen. The stylist says it's bc my hair is long and fine. Granted it is but I can't be the only one with this kind of hair right?
Just really underimpressed with their professionalism. $100 later my hair looks like crap!

I don't understand what the problem is - that you got a giant knot or did they leave it there?

What's the problem? Did the knot come out?
Were your unhappy with the highlights?
