Terrible customer service
History: Back in March I get an email that Jeff Dunham is performing at a comedy club in my area. Jeff is one of my ultimate favorite performers and was beyond excited he was going to be here. So being a fan and apart of the fan club it was so great to see that email. So we call the club to find out when tickets are on sale. The club says I dont know what you are talking about we have no knowledge of him performing.
A month later on the club's website we see his info. So DH starts calling and emailing and no response from them. Finally after months of trying to get someone, we find out the shows are sold out. I am fuming. So I call the club to find out why no one responded to us. I get told well it fell through the cracks and too bad. I asked why did it take a call from me to inquire about Jeff for something to be done. I get told "well we didnt have a contract signed until April" I asked then why did I get an email in March. The person dodged the question with "is their anything else I can help you with" NO I WANT AN ANSWER and the person says "well that is just the way it is and if you dont like it then dont come here"
So I write a nasty letter over a week ago and this is the response I got from the owners:
Melissa- I have been aware of your situation and the events have been noted. My staff has responded with integrity and performed their service- in regards to your situation and all others- with outstanding customer service. It is not our policy to accept calls and service customers that use negative language and are verbally belligerent to our staff. I am glad that Mary went above and beyond her job to secure you tickets for Jeff Dunham Show on Sunday. Please understand that if you have spoken with my management - Linda Garcia- you have spoken with the owners. We hope that you enjoy your evening with Jeff Dunham and I am sure that you will have a night full of love and laughter. Keep living those values- Pam and Les McCurdy Owner of McCurdys Comedy Theatre
My response to them: Pam and Les McCurdy My main concern was that my husbands phone calls and emails (through the website) inquiring about the show were never answered. When he does finally get in touch with somebody we were informed that the shows were sold out. Thankfully Mr. Dunham scheduled an additional show otherwise we would have missed an opportunity to see one of our favorite performer due to someone failing to even provide adequate service.
I do hope to enjoy my evening with Jeff Dunham and I am sure that I will have a night full of love and laughter

I was finally getting over my anger with this place and now to receive a letter from the owners telling me it's not their policy to return phone calls to upset customers. I felt like saying I guess it's your policy to not return calls at all. I truely do not want to give this place my business but I love Jeff Dunham and we wound up getting front row seats. But after that this place will never get my business ever again
