temps
last month a week to several days before I got AF, my temps stayed fairly high - higher than normal. I thought when you get AF, temps drop??
currently my temp is fairly high again so either I'm PG (despite a BFN) or AF is arriving.
anyone else experince this with AF?

my temps do not drop until the morning of AF's arrival. up until the day before, my temps are still pretty high.

High temps are caused by progesterone which can linger into CD 1 or 2.
