Temping Question
OK-so i get that you have to take your temperature at the same time each day; basically before you even get out of bed.
AF came this morning; so i already messed up day 1. B/C i didn't have everything set up. Had to go to the closet & search for the thermometer (I'm just using a regular one).
I'll be better prepared to take tomorrows temp. Now my question is I'm traveling internationally next week. Our time zone will be 6 hours ahead of us...is this going to throw of my pattern? If i take it at 6:15am each morning at home (let's see how that works over the weekend); but if on vacation i take it at 6:15am local time-it's really like midnight.
I'm so confused-i think i might have to skip this month since we'll be away 2 weeks and I can't see myself remembering to temp each morning at the same time like at home!!

Re: Temping Question
skipping the first day really isn't a big deal but the changing time zones will definitely throw off your temperature since you're not really taking it the same time everyday. I would wait until next month. Since you have a month until you start temping I highly recommend using a BBT instead of a regular thermometer
