temping question
Do you HAVE to temp the second you wake up, I usually temp like 10 minutes after I wake up and after I get DD and get her milk and get her situated..the reason I ask is bc I got my pos OPK yesterday and still no temp drop...

yes... its supposed to be the temp of your body at rest... so if you move around it wouldnt be the same

yeah i totally messed that up in the begining too! now as soon as my alarm goes off i take my temp, then i hit snooze a few more time before getting up! lol

yeah i'm now afraid of every little thing that could mess up the temping... i started vaginal temping this month and this morning i fell back asleep with the thermometer in my hoo-ha!

you are supposed to temp before moving a muscle. just the activity of getting out of bed raises your temp, and since you're looking for such subtle variations, you really need to take that resting temperature.
