temping question
When you O does your temp go up or down?
My temp is low...I just starting taking it today and it was 97.1.(CD5)
What are your average temps?

I just started temping this month too. My first temp was 97.1 and has fluctuated between 97 and 97.7. I did have one very low temp of 96.7 two days ago and got a positive OPK yesterday. I think it takes a few months to analyze the patterns before you can use the charts to predict ovulation.

my normal temps (after AF and before "O") are usually around 96.7

you should use fertilityfriend.com you input the temp each day and it tells you when you ovulated
