temping q
i started to keep track of my temps this month to confirm when I will have O'd, By CD 19 I still had not O'd so I took a trigger shot (this was on Thursday night). I was hoping to see a temperature shift to confirm O. So far my temperature raises have not been that significant, going up a tenth of a degree each day... is it normal if I don't see an obvious temperature shift?

Re: temping q
It is definitely possible. Ovulation is confirmed after three increased temps. Are you using Fertility Friend to chart? If not I would recommend setting up an account and entering all of your data in today. It's not infallible but it will help you determine if / when you did O by analyzing if the increases are 'enough'.

Re: temping q
