temping and opk's ???
So as I was reading the post about irregular cycles I am curious I am just using opks I have a basal thermometer but I cant officially temp until after AF ??? I know using both is more officiant what do you ladies suggest or do if your irregular???

I'm not irregular but from what I have learned temping is the best way to determine if and when you O. You should start temping on the first day of AF. I think some girls use OPK's as well to help determine when they O. Good luck!
