temping and AF ?
when does your temp fall? day before AF, day of AF (no matter what time you get it during that day), or day after AF has already started?
also, is it a significant drop or could it be as little as 0.1 degree?

temping and AF ?
it varies each cycle. sometimes the drop will occur before AF sometimes i would get AF even when temps are still elevated and they wouldn't drop until a day or two into AF. it all depends on your progesterone levels which vary cycle to cycle. the drop is usually close to or below the coverline.

Mine dropped to cover line 1 day prior and then a BIG drop the morning of.
