temping
it seems that temping is the best way to track your cycle. Just wondering if you can use a normal digital thermometer or if you need to get a basal one? If you must have a basal thermometer; can you get them at cvs/target etc?

Re: temping
I could have got away with a regular one.... the extra digit after the decimal (basal has 2 digits after decimal) never really made a difference.

Re: temping
Crashing, but a basal therm is more sensitive than a regular therm. When you're sick, it might not make a difference if you have 100.5 or 101... but if you're temping, that sensitivity is HUGE. I bought mine at Rite Aid for about $8. Definitely sign up for the free trial at Fertility Friend.
