Can someone help and explain this to me? I've never heard of this and wanted to know how to do this.

Re: Temping
You have to buy a BBT Thermometer and record your temp every morning at the same time. You can no tget out of bed or anything, recording your temp should be the first thing you do. You can join a site to graph your chart. This will let you know your aprox ovulation day.

Re: Temping
Yep. Exactly what the PP said. You take your basal body temp at the same time every morning before you even get up to do anything, and that means anything. No using the bathroom, brushing your teeth etc. Doing this will cause your temp. to change. You want to temp. before doing of these things. Record your temp. every morning you can use the charts on Fertilityfriend.com. Basically its to detect when you have ovulated so you can then better time Your temp will rise after you have ovulated..this is what you are looking for. Usually during the beginning of your cycle (starting with the first day of a full menstrual cycle) your temps will usually be low, during ovulation your temp. will rise and then after ovulation your temps. usually stay elevated until AF comes again. I hope this helps...check out Fertilityfriend.com for more information. GL
