Temping & AF
Does your temp rise a little before you would be due to get AF and then it just spikes down?
First month temping and I should be getting AF by Friday but my temps have been going up a little bit instead of slowly decreasing.
Just wondering what I should be looking for. Do your temps slowly come down or just spike down?

mine slowly come down but i think it can go either way. I'm 8DPO and my temp went UP this morning, which is unusual, i'm usually going down by now. but it could be the raspberry tea i've been swimming in...

I think it can vary. My temp. usually stays consistent until the day before AF, then it drops dramatically.

Also, the morning of the drop is the day I'll get AF or could it take a few days after the drop?

mine would usually keep going up a little and then a huge drop right before AF.
as for when you get AF, it totally depends on how quickly your body reacts to the change in hormones. For me, i would get the drop and AF would come the next day.

It prob. varies from woman to woman but for me I usually get AF the day after I get a drop in temp.
