Temperatures
Does your temp rise or lower when ovulating?
I thought I knew when I was ov. and when to BD but the past few days have proved otherwise.
(I'm having such a hard time figuring out all of this info...)

Ok, so this confuses me even more! I had alot of CM and a high temp. Based on all the info I'm trying to absorb, wouldn't that be contradictory.

Re: Temperatures
When you see the clear temp shift you have already ovulated. The key is the catch that egg before they temp shift. If you look at your chart and you see a temp shift followed by 3 high sustained temps then you can clearly say you o'd.
Sometimes during fertile cm you will see your temp rise and fall, I know mine do, but than after i def ovulate i dry up and the temps rise above my coverline and stay high until af or pg.
