Temp question

I am 5 DPO and this morning my temp was 98.8 which is .2 degrees higher than my highest temp I've gotten in all of my 5 cycles of temping.

Could this mean anything or am I hoping too hard?Chat Icon

Re: Temp question

See what happens tomorrow. It could be a second thermal shift.

But don't get your hopes up. That happened to me and it wound up being nothing.

Re: Temp question

Could be a sign - but sometimes temps soar due to other factors (drinking, a fever, etc). Good luck!

Thanks. I didn't drink and I don't think I have a fever, but I guess tomorrow's temp might give me more of an insight.

Here's my chart if that helps:

Re: Temp question

Chart looks good, but do you temps normally go up like that around that time?

If the temp stays above, meaning a 2nd rise after o date, for at least 3 days, that's a good sign.

Last cycle on 5DPO my temp went to 98.6, and the cycle before it dipped to 97.6, but I had an infection then and I was also temping an hour earlier than I do now.

I know it's probably too early to tell, just hoping for some early positive feedback.Chat Icon
