Temp Charting
I have been taking my temperature with a basal thermometer for over a week (just started). My graph is ALL over the place. I was sick for about 5 days with no real fever, but I'm sure that affected it.
My question is....must your temperature be taken at the exact time every day? I don't get up as early on the weekends and don't want to wake up to just take my temperature because I'll never fall back asleep. As long as I am taking it FIRST thing without getting up, will it make such a difference??
TIA

Re: Temp Charting
Yes you should be taking your temp at the same time. Taking Charge of Your Fertility is really helpful with temping questions if you haven't read.
Temping and having to wake up early on w/e's and vacations drove me crazy. It was stressing me out so I bought the Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor so I just POAS 6-10 days a month. For me it's less stressful.
