No way it's not bad at all as long as your comfy.
I can still wear my heel boots without a problem but some of my other heels bother me. My balance is off so I am afraid I might fall. I now wear flats, and my Uggs ALOT!

No- Rock on with those heels!
 Go look at my PG album,- at my own shower I had JS heels on! Everyone was like, Of course I had those on!
