Teething and vomitting?
Is this normal and/or common? DD is 6 months and is full swing teething. One of her front bottom teeth has just broken through the gums. The last 2 nights, she has thrown up in her crib while sleeping. She seems perfectly fine after and once we clean her up and bring her back into bed with us, she immediately falls asleep. She wakes up in the morning happy as can be and does not vomit during the day. She also hasn't had her usual appetite -- still eating and drinking, just not as much as she usually would. Very low grade fever -- 99.4ish. Can this all really be due to teething?

Sounds like it's all related. DS often got fevers from teething. He never threw up, but as long as she's fine during the day and staying hydrated, I'd wait it out. She should be fine in another day or so.

Same thing happens with my daughter! I think it's from more saliva! She spits up so much more when teething!
