Tea and cramps
I'm usually an advil popping person when it comes to my period and getting cramps. However, the past 2-3 cycles, I have not had to take anything. The only thing I can attribute it to that I've been doing different is tea. When the cold weather hits, I drink 2-3 cups of raspberry tea a night. I know that raspberry tea is great for toning the uterus, but can I really say that I didn't have cramps because of TEA??? Could it be that easy???

Re: Tea and cramps
It would make sense that the tea is helping. sorry if this gets tmi but here is an explanation. When you are pregnant and have sex you can have some cramping. When I was pregnant with ds the raspberry tea I drank gave me a similar cramping feeling. Now they say to have sex when you have cramps due to af because it will ease them so if you followed that. SO one could assume that the tea causes the same cramping as sex which would help relieve cramping. Does any of that make sense?
