Tax Grievance -how often
I filed in the town of huntington using an attorney/grievance company in which I am waiting for a court date (4-6 months). My question is how often can I file? The attorney told me every other year.

In Huntington, if you get a reduction, there is a one year moratorium (meaning the Town reduces the next year's assessment automatically and you can't protest). If you are unsuccesfful you can challenge every year.
