How do you go about filing a tax grievance??
Has anyone ever done this??

I did it, but I used the Mark Lewis Tax Grievance Agency. They got me a reduction of about $1800 a year!! It cost me about $1100 (their fee is 1/2 of a 1-year savings plus some filing fees and appraisal fees). But the reduction is good forever so it was worth it.

I just started using them as well.
You can fill out the app on line also, very easy.

Its easy!!! We get the application in the mail all the time. Next time we get it, I'll give it to you. You just basically fill it out (to the best of your knowledge)and mail it in. You dont pay anything upfront; only if they win. They were able to knock of $1100 a year for us.
