Target Red DEBIT card
I know that store is dangerous in general if you're trying to stick to any kind of budget.
But if you didn't know already, you can sign up for this DEBIT card that links up with your checking account.
It saves you 5% on your total order! plus you can still use Cartwheel and coupons.
Every little bit helps.
I just used mine for the first time today, and saved about $7.00 on my total bill.
That's coffee money  .

Same thing applies to their cc. I got four boxes of 100 diapers each last week for $53 ;) I'm newly in love with target

Yeah, I have a CC too but try to stay away from that because it's too easy for me to run up $$ on credit that I don't have.
I just read about this on a savings blog though.
It takes about 5 minutes to apply online and the card comes in a week.
You can use online right away.

I have it and love it. It does take a few days for the funds to be taken out of your account, so keep that in mind for budgeting purposes.

The credit card also offers free delivery if you order online- no matter the size of the item. I once ordered an ottoman to be delivered to my mom and it shipped for free. I LOVE that around the holidays when shopping for toys. It's also so easy for returns- you don't need a receipt- they can scan your card.
DH and I use it so much we joke that Target misses us when we don't visit

Love my red card, I tell everyone to get it! I have introduced all my friends to the cartwheel app. Such great stacking cartwheel+ red card +target coupons+mfg coupons

It's a app for your phone.
I review my shopping list against what is available on the app each trip.
Most basic products and food items I buy there are always on there at 5% or more off.
You can still use regular coupons and Target coupons with it.
Just pull up the barcode at checkout and hand it to the cashier to swipe.
I've had people stop me on line to ask what it was.

What I also love about Cartwheel is you can scan the barcode of an actual product and it will link you to coupons on cartwheel! Ingenious! I also use my text message coupons!

It takes a full day to withdraw funds.
Also, target card gets you free shipping online

Mine is linked to debit. Every time I use it, it takes the debit fee of about 2-3%. I actually save 4% with my regular cc since I get double points at grocery ( they consider them grocery). It might be my bank but just watch your statement because you might not really be getting the 5% after the fee.

I have this connected to our TD account which I know is sneaky on fees.
I also have a couple of other accounts so I can switch it if needed!
TD!! Its connected to my bank card which is technically a visa. Usually if you use a bank card as a visa there are no fees, but if its used as debit there is a fee. It depends on how cashier puts it through or if you hit debit or credit. There is no option to hit debit or credit when using the red card so it must process as debit.

I'd switch banks over that! Most banks do not charge fees for using making debit charges. I hate TD bc of all of their fees and finally closed my account with them.

Hmm mine is connected to my TD account & I've never had a fee. I even went & checked again.
