Talk to me about...double strollers, please
I think the top 3 contenders are Citi Mini Double, Bumble Ride or the Bob. Any feedback on these 3 would be appreciated. I am pretty certain I don't want Sit and Stand or a front to back. TIA

I know it's not one of the ones you listed but I think I'm gonna go with the city select, I like how there are so many options of how to put the second seat. I was going to get the city mini double, which so many people have and love so that's a great option, but I felt like it was just so wide! Plus I heard that the car seat adapter is a pain.

I have the city select. Originally I was stuck between that and the city mini double (I have a single city mini and love it). Reasons I opted for the city select: -many different seating options -can use all of the accessories for dd even when ds is in hisbinfant carrier car seat -saw my friend's two kids in the city mini double and they were grabbing and pestering each other -Even though the city select isn't much narrower than the double, it's easier to maneuver -adjustable foot rests -can be a single if I happen to be out with only one kid -seats sit up straighter than on the mini
I've been using it for 4 months and the only cons I can come up with are -heavy/bulky-as are all double strollers -it's annoying to disassemble every time, especially if I make a ton of stops but it's not too bad

Re: Talk to me about...double strollers, please
i had the double bumble ride. HATED IT. I was only able to use it when DH was with me. it is very very very heavy. i physically could not put it in and out of the trunk. While i loved all the features, the one negative out weighed all of the good.
it takes up a ton of space in the trunk as well.
it does have a smooth ride and fits through every door.

We had the bumbleride and loved it. My boys are 3.5 and 4.5 and we still occasionally use it.
The ride is smooth and it fits through doorways. I also liked that it came with the infant carrier attachment.
It is heavy, but most are that are comfy for the kids and have a smooth ride.

Many of my friends have the City Mini Double and rave about it! We got one and just put it together and I love it already! It's so lightweight, easy to fold and you can control it with one hand with no problem. I am expecting twins and already have a toddler... Instead of getting a triple, we got a glider board that he can stand on in the back. I can't wait to use it!!!

Re: Talk to me about...double strollers, please
I have the city mini double and I love it.
I looked into the select- but honestly, I can't imagine my older DD would've been (or would be now) happy riding under the baby. It just looks like a silly arrangement to me. My older DD likes to look around and I like that she is able to jump in and out easily if I need her to.
Also, I didn't want to deal with dis-assembling every time we were going somewhere (especially since we usually have more than 1 stop.)
My frst 2 are 20 months apart and they don't bother eachother at all in the stroller.
I'm expecting #3 now and plan to get a glider board for my oldest.

Re: Talk to me about...double strollers, please
We got the bumbleride. I would have opted for the city mini double but the basket is so damn small. I wanted to be able to throw the kids in the stroller for small shopping trips. We also thought about getting the select but having to disassemble it threw thought one out.
