Talk to me about Colace
I have been really constipated for the last few days. I had some coffee today and it helped but I need to know about colace. Do you girls take it when you get constipated or regularly and does it really help? How much do you take. TIA!

I have been severely constipated throughout my pregnancy. 
Colace hasn't worked for me yet, but I do take it regularly 100mg. I take Milk of Magnesia every other day and that seems to help me the most. I drank prune juice one day, but it didn't agree with me, but it did work also. Good Luck and feel better.
