Taking temp while sick?
How does that work exactly? I woke up with a sore throat this morning and I have the feeling I will be getting sick soon. Ive been temping for 2mths now and of course this is the week I will officially be TTC and will be ovulating but my temp. was crazy this AM. It should be pretty low since I just finished my period but it was over 98 degrees..Im sure thats due to my sore throat. What should I do? Should I continue to temp or just use OPK this week until I get my smiley?

I would continue to temp but make notations on your chart the days that you aren't feeling well.

ITA. Note that you were sick on your chart... but as long as you're not feverish, it might not make a difference.

Im actually feeling a lot better today and my temp has actually returned back to where it should of been. Thank goodness. Thanks ladies
