Taking off pregnancy weight
What did you do to get your stomach back in shape after giving birth? Besides sit-ups.

Taking off pregnancy weight
You can't spot train so I would eat healthy and work out total body workouts.
The issue sometimes is genetics though. I know tons of people that lose the weight and more and the stomachs are never the same. Other still have weight to lose and have flat stomachs.

Taking off pregnancy weight
Running, limit carbs and clean eating. That and of course never skip strength training! I did a lot of floor exercises targeting my abs. Sit ups are overrated. They don't work for everyone and they say after childbirth they can make separation of ab muscles (if you have it) worse. They have tons of specific exercises you should do postpartum. I followed that!
