Taking off her shoes!!
DD is 18 mos and looooves taking off her shoes and socks at daycare. Inside, outside, whatever. is this a phase that will pass or do I have to stop her from playing with her shoes when we are at home? I kind of like it sometimes (it occupies her a few minutes so I can do one or 2 things), and it's cute to see her get close to putting her shoes on herself. BUT, it's not like it's July and she can go barefoot anytime..
Would laces vs velcro help, or are we doomed :)
Thanks for any input!! It's cute if she does it at home, but like I said, I don't want it to continue to be an issue at daycare, etc...

Re: Taking off her shoes!!
You can always put those sandles on with the buckle. Those are alot harder for little ones to take off.

Re: Taking off her shoes!!
Welcome to my world. I have tried tie sneakers and velcro. Just yesterday, I put DS in his car seat, He looks at me, grabs his foot and the sneaker is off..Then by the time I got to my parents house (10 mins away), he was barefoot...Shoes and Socks..Off. We tease my mother because she hates shoes and socks, so, we blame her. LOL.
Sandals are a great idea for the summer. Thank You.
