Taking frustration out on me

DS will be 4 next month and as long as I can remember when he gets upset or frustrated.... Even if it has nothing to do with me he gets upset with me.
He is usually happy, but does get moody. He can be sensitive about things and hates it when I'm mad at him. Like he gets me mad and then gets upset when I'm mad. Lol
He has some dev delays, but doing well. Just seems like if he gets in trouble.. I mean not even yelled at. Like if someone says no to him or they give him a lecture to be careful he will find me and get annoyed. He doesn't hit me, but he does this thing where he waves his hands like he wants to hit and doesn't bc he's passive and knows its wrong.
Even if he's sick or gets hurt will do the pretend hit thing or when I go to hug him he does this thing where he pushes his head into me bc he's frustrated.
Of course he only wants me other times. It's like he loves me the most and gets mad at me most too.
Although I think it's a mom thing bc we always get abused and I still sometimes do it to my mom. Lol.
Anyone else have something similiar?

Taking frustration out on me

DS is 19 months. I am the only one that he has temper tantrums with. When he does he lays on the floor screaming and writhing around in circles. In the past week, I have been clocked in the face with the phone countless times. He screams in my face ALL THE TIME. And he does this with no one else. Not his father, not daycare, not family. They all think he is the perfect angel. I know he loves me, but I am the only person in his life that he beats up. Everyone else gets kisses and hugs. I have to beg for kisses.

I also think it may be a little frustrating at times for him because he does not speak and so he has no way to tell me what's wrong. So I do tend to let it slide a little bit.
