Taking care of "me" (stress spin-off)
I woke up on the wrong side of the bed.  I feel sinus-y, tired (TGIF), stiff from yoga, and cranky. Not sure why I'm so cranky—I'm CD9—but I can just feel that I'm tense.
So, I unearthed a Bliss gift card that I've had for a while and that I was saving it for some "special" spa day. Well, I decided that special day is today—during lunch. I got an appt and I'm going! How's that for managing my stress? 
So, what will do for yourself today? It doesn't have to be as grand as a spa treatment--small things count, too. So let's hear them, ladies.

I need to do this, too! I really need shoes--shoe shopping is always a pick-me-up!

I am taking a nap as soon as I get home (3pm) I can't keep my eyes open this week and I am excited to cuddle in bed with my pup before DH gets home from work

Chiropractic adjustment tonight! Haven't been in a while and I'm really looking forward to it. (Got my dental appointment over-with this morning!)
