Our doctor just gave us the ok to start our 7 1/2 month old on table foods. What foods do you give your little ones?

Pretty much anything we ate
Nothing hard or super crunchy and I cut everything really small
Only thing I stayed away was eggs,gave after a year
Honey and peanuts
