table food ideas for 1 yr old???
DD eats grilled cheese, pasta, meatballs , mac and cheese, sometimes chicken, cheese , yogurts, fruit.....what other meals can I try?????

I would just give her everything you and DH eat but cut up super small.

How many teeth does she have? DS had all of his teeth by a year old, so the ped. said I could give him anything (besides peanuts, etc.). Tonight we had chicken, corn, and rice. Last night we had pork loin, potatoes, and cooked carrots. Night before we had beef tenderloin, noodles, and green beans.

DS is allergic to eggs & dairy so we're restricted in that sense, but I give him whatever meats we're eating, all different fruits & veggies, hummus, pasta, veggie burgers, pickles, red peppers (his fave), waffles, deli turkey, whole wheat breads. I tend to eat the same things over & over, so he has been too
