symptom or no?
I have a slight crampy - twinge in my lower left ovary area. I am around 7 -9 dpo. Could it be a symptom of anything?

I had that and then AF showed up...not burst your bubble, but try not to think about every little thing you feel, you will get very disappointed if AF does show up.
I really hope its implantation cramping!!

If I can give you one advice it is do not read into ur symptoms.... I had all these crampings and I was for sure thinking i was prego and then boom af showed her ugly face. The month I got prego I had cramps just like i did before af and I even bought tampons thinking here she comes but luckily she never showed up. It's a habit to read into every symptom but try not to and u will b shocked when it does happen. Good luck..baby dust for u!!

I have been at this for over a year....so I know I should not read into anything, but I just went to an RE and this is my last hope that I won't have to actually do any infertility treatments!

Ive been feeling cramps and twinges for about the last 3 days... I am 12 DPO and no cramps today- and also got a BFN. Im praying that tomorrow I'll see something!! Not AF lol
