Yes!! I am 23 weeks and I noticed that my feet and ankles look a little swollen by the end of the day. When I wake up in the morning they are back to normal.

I'm 39 weeks and my feet have been HUGE for the last 6 weeks or so. Some days are better than others. The humidity definitely makes it worse.

I dont really think mine are yet, but it's normal especially with this heat.
Drink plenty of water and keep your feet up throughout the day!!!

Re: swollen feet or/n ankles
my feet have been swelling this past week. I am also 23 weeks and it just started for me too. It is a little better today since it is not as humid as it has been the past few days. Stay hydrated!

Re: swollen feet or/n ankles
Yup started about 10 weeks ago and I can manage it but, it never fully goes away.
Nice foot massages from DH every night, drink lots of water, stay away from high salt.
It really bothers me I can't cure this so to speak.

Re: swollen feet or/n ankles
MW told me to put pillows under the foot of my mattress and it has helped a little.
DH also has to push all the puffiness from my toes to my ankles...LOL...not dr orders...pregnant wife orders. That helps too!

Re: swollen feet or/n ankles
Yup!! 24w4d, and for about the last week, by the end of the day, my ankles and feet feel "tight"...
Dr told me to put my feet up (so NOT happening with an almost 4 year old and husband who works late) and drink lots of water.
I also found swimming in a pool / putting feet in ocean helped a LOT!!

Re: swollen feet or/n ankles
Mine didn't start swelling until I was 32w. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones, but, wow are they huge right now. Staying inside in the air conditioning keeps them from getting too big, but once they swell for the day, they stay swollen no matter what I do.
Drink as much water as you can - filling up on water actually keeps your body from retaining water, as counterintuitive as that seems. Also try to stay away from foods with lots of sodium. My WORST day was the day after I had Chinese food for dinner... I thought I was going to pop.
