Suppositories
Has anyone used them for constipation? The dr recommoneded I take it bc I have been so constipated. I took it and it helped me go, but now I'm constipated again Has this happened to anyone else? And do you think they are ok to take again? Colace is not cutting it, neither is drinking alot of water and eating fiber, it's all I do!!

You may also want to look into changing your pre-natel if you haven;t done so

girl I feel ur pain. I go maybe once a week.If Im lucky. UGH.
I haven't taken the suppositories but call ur doc and ask him how often u can use them if it helped

I have used Glyceriun Suppositories for years, I try to only use them when I really need to bc your body can become dependent on them, but they do work great.

do you take a lot of tums? Taking too many led to constipation and ultimately blockage for me

My pre natal has a stool softener in it and was wonderful! Now nothing is working. I do not take Tums bc I know that they can constipate you. If Ihave heart burn Ijust deal with it Ugh hopefully this will pass soon. Thanks all!!

drink prune juice or eat them. i know there gross but they help a lot and it's perfectly healthy.
