Supplements/Vitamins
I am currently taking a prenatal, fish oil, and vitamin D (mine was low).
I have had 5 failed medicated IUIS. :( Diagnosis is unexplained. I will be doing my last IUI which will be unmedicated (my body needs a rest and insurance requires 6 IUIS) and then on to IVF.
What supplements/vitamins do you take or suggest? There are so many out there to choose from. If you did or are doing IVF do you take them while doing IVF? I'm also trying to eat healthier and add in more protein so suggest your protein powder if you use one.
Thanks

I took a boat load of vitamins before IVF and ate mostly veggies and proteins. I worked out like a maniac as well. As soon as i knew i was doing ivf i calmed down with everything A LOT. Walking instead of heavy weights, and a ton of vitamins traded in for prenatal. I put my faith in the doctors who told me less is more. I gave my body a break and it needed it. 27 weeks later and we are pregnant with our first I do use protein powder b/c i just could not eat meat the first 16 weeks of being pregnant. I use BiPro which is 100% whey isolate. I tastes awful but i water it down and chug it...it's just so i can slam 20 grms of protein in my body quickly and not feel bad that the rest of the day i eat a ton of carbs.
Good luck with your cycle!
