Supplements?
Does anyone take supplements/herbs that are good for fertility? Looking to try some for DH and myself.

I'm also interested in this.... I started taking FABB which is Folic acid B-6 and B-12 additional to my prenatal. Thinking of starting using Evening Primerose oil next cycle, since they say helps with fertile CM.

In addition to my prenatals I take CoQ10, it's supposed to be good for the eggs. In addition, if men take it, it is supposed to help with motility. There's not a ton of research out there on it, but I had previously been taking it while on a statin and figured it couldn't hurt to continue it.
I have heard of others using Soy Isoflavones, but was advised that if you have PCOS not to use it, that it could negatively impact your ovulation.

I took my prenatal. I found one that had Folate instead of Folic acid, folic acid is the man made version of folate, folate is the one found in food. My husband took L-Arginine-Ornithine, L carnipure and ate brazil nuts for selenium.
