super annoyed need to vent
so at work we all agreed to dress up, so we all decided to do the 80's i spent 40 on clothes and accessories, and i walk in today and me and one other girl dressesd up out of 6 of us, mind u i got up at 4:45 this morning so i could be dressed and makeup, i bought bagels for the girls, and i walk in and im the only spaz in full get up , the other girl just threw on pink tights which she now changed so she doesnt look 80's at all!! no other offices in the building dressed up so im walking in the hallways with my hotpink sweatshirt and yellow leg warmers and everyone is literally gawking at me!! im so ****** why did everyone tell me before i would have saved myself the money and time, sorry just needed to vent somewhere cant do it on fb since my coworkers are my friends and i dont want animosity just peeved!

That's really annoying, sorry they did that to you. Just try to have fun with it though, when people gawk you can be like "nobody puts baby in a corner".
