**SUNDAY** QOTD

Okay everybody.......it's been a fun week! Here is my last question. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!!

Which trait(s) do you hope that your child(ren) will inherit from you and/or your husband?

Which trait(s) do you hope that your child(ren) WILL NOT inherit from you and/or your husband?

1) I hope that my DD keeps the beautiful blue eyes that she got from my DH. I hope that she keeps the blonde hair that came from me. I also hope that she continues to look like me as she gets older too!!

2) I hope she doesn't end up crazy tall like the women and men in DH's family. My DH is 6' which I love but NOT on a girl!! His two sisters are both over 6 feet tall!! I really, really hope that my DD ends up somewhere around my height which is 5'5".

EDIT - I hope that my DD and future children have personalities just like DH and I. We're both easy going and outgoing. I also hope that my DD is smart like DH...........I am smart but my DH is brilliant. I hope that school comes easy to her.

I hope my children inherit DH's disposition. He's so calm about everything. Nothing bothers him. It takes WORK to tick him off... I wish I could say the same.

I hope our kids inherit my verbal abilities. When I'm not tripping over my emotions, I'm the better communicator.

There are a couple of things:
1. I hope that DC gets DH teeth genes (I have such bad teeth-they are straight and white, never needed braces but - so many root canals and the dentist said it was inherited - thx mom & dad!)
2. I hope that DC gets my eyes, DH has a rare eye disorder that causes him to wear 2 contacts on top of each other and he can never stop that
3. I hope that DC gets my street smarts and my strong will and determination

I hope my child inherits my creative streak. Oh and my nose, too From DH, I hope our child gets is unbelievable patience and optimism.

I hope our child doesn't inherit our perfectionist ways--we both are perfectionists about different things. I want our child to strive for the best, but not put pressure on him/herself when she falls a little short.

If we have a DD I so badly want her to have my red hair. I hope all our children get DH's big blue eyes.

I would like from our DC to have my green eyes and my nose. From DH his beautifuly red hair. I would not like for him/her to have the kinky bushy curly hair DH has though. I don't want to give them my teeth (my family has the worth teeth on both sides)

I would love our children to get DH's blue eyes and his natural athletic abilities (i'm the biggest clutz). I would love for them to get my love for learning and reading. I hope they are both kind and easygoing people like me and DH. I do not want them to be indecisive like DH or get my super sensitive skin. Also, I really struggle with weight and I think I have the slowest metabolism ever so I really hope I don't pass that along.

i hope that my DC's get DH's soft skin, gorgeous eyelashes, teeth, athleticism, honesty and kind heart. i hope they do not get his horrendous motion sickness, eye issues, allergies, or weird family emotional issues.

i hope they get my blue eyes, blond hair, creativity, and love for new things/adventure. i hope they don't get my short stature, skin, or metabolism.
