Sun in eyes
We are now back to th daily grind, but we have moved. So now I'm taking sunrise highway to and from daycare/work. DD is still rear facing, and the sun is in her eyes as it hits the back window of my SUV. Any thoughts on the best way to block this? Can I just put those shade window clings on the back window, or will that block my view? Any ideas are appreciated! Thanks!

Re: Sun in eyes
I hate that! I put sunglasses on him (which he often pulls off) & a hat to shield his eyes (which he also often pulls off). Also I have one of those pull-down shades but haven't used it yet. I can't think of anything else you can do. I always tell him "close your eyes, close your eyes!"... usually doesn't work though.

Re: Sun in eyes
I had the same issue when taking DS to daycare in the mornings. I never did anything. The rode curves in spots then the trees block it in spots so it wasn't in his eyes the entire time. Just turned his head and closed his eyes when it annoyed him. Didn't want to take any chance with giving him glasses in fear he may put it in his mouth and choke. Never liked hats unless it's winter hats and had the Velcro. Just had to suffer during that time. Sun eventually moves so it's not exactly everyday either. Sorry your lo is going through it though. It is annoying for them.

Re: Sun in eyes
So annoying !!! I couldn't stand hearing "sun!!! Eyes!!"" Anymore lol. My dd will finally wear her sunglasses which helps a ton. She started wearing the sunglasses at like 22 months. Or I have a tiny car, so I was able to hold my one hand over her eyes when it went on for long periods of time. I tried the shade in the back window, but it was kinda in my way, and it eventually fell off so I didn't put it back,
