Summer Vacation Ideas?
DH and I are looking to take a trip with dd this summer-she'll have just turned 2 (we're looking for end of june/beg. of july)
Here are our parameters:
1. We would like to stay in the US 2. Ideally there would be an MLB stadium we could visit 3. We would like to visit somewhere new..we've been to the following:
Boston Vermont Atlantic City Washington DC Delaware beaches San Fran/Napa/Yosemite Connecticut Chicago Baltimore Philly Poconos Houston Tennessee (Nashville) Sesame Place (although we'll be going back here this summer)
The one exception would be going to Houston, as I have family there we could visit, and we haven't yet been to that MLB stadium.
Any ideas?

What about San Diego? I've always wanted to visit there and you could see a Padres game.

Arizona.
You can see a Diamondbacks game, Sedona (I heard is beautiful), and the grand canyon.

Re: Summer Vacation Ideas?
DH is also into stadiums and he/we have also done all the local ones.
In addition to the above:
The 2 LA teams and Disneyland
Milwaukee is actually very nice. I didn't go with kids, though, so not sure what is there for them. But I'm sure there is something esp. at that age.
Tampa along with one of the beach towns on the west coast of Florida. Tampa is also about 2 hours from Disney.
Fort Lauderdale/Miami/Miami Marlins (although I am not sure I would go there in the summer.)
Denver and surroundings.
Another option is Lancaster or Hershey then drive another 4 hours to Pittsburgh. Both my DH and another friend agree that is the nicest stadium they've seen and they've each seen about half. (Whatever was so special about it went over my head. )

That is what I was going to say! Love it there and there is a bunch to do with your DD.
