Sudden increased hunger at 22 weeks
Anyone else experience this?
If you how much food I brought with me to work an how much I ate you would think I had a problem.
Don't know if it's normal, I've had a pretty normal appetite up until now...

I did! It's not every day but since around that time on there have been some days I'm just ridiculously hungry.

Once ms went away it increased. I tried my best to have healthy smaller portions all day but I swear nothing hit the spot like stuffing my face all day

For me, it depends on the day. I was fine yesterday, but today I woke up so ravenous, I had to eat a big scoop of pb while my bagel was toasting. I guess baby is going through a growth spurt!

I'm 26 weeks and the last 4 days I can't eat enough, lol!
I'm sure it's normal. Your body knows when it needs more.
