Sudden dizziness
I am really worried. Today I keep getting very sudden spells of dizzinees lasting about 15 min. Any clue what this might be?
Could it be from caffeine? This is kind of scary

i get that sometimes until i take two sudafed and then i'm better.

Nope. Both times I was just sitting here at the computer. I don't think it's low blood sugar because the first rtime it happened was shortly after I ate.
I MAY have taken 2 zyrtec in a 24 hour period, but the last one would have been about 13 hours ago...
\I'm nervous b/c I have to go to Newark tomorrow for a big meeting.
